There is no kitchen in the superior double room, but a small fridge, kettle, glasses and wine glasses are available.

Services not included:

Tourist tax of 2,10 euros/person/night. This is a compulsory amount, which must be paid from the age of 14. The tourist tax or local tax in South Tyrol is paid to the local tourist associations and organisations. These can use the budget to expand the existing offer and infrastructure and to maintain their high quality.

Change of towels. Towels can be changed if necessary.

Use of washing machine and tumble dryer. If required, the washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee of €3.

Pets are not allowed
Arrival and departure:
The flats are ready for occupancy from 15:00. On request and if possible, you can also move into the flat earlier.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flat by 10:00 am.
Cancellation conditions:
The booking is binding as soon as you have confirmed our booking confirmation. In order to keep your reservation, we ask you to transfer the deposit of 100% of the total amount to our bank account 30 days before your arrival.
Our cancellation conditions are :

Up to 30 days before arrival: can be cancelled free of charge

From 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price
To protect yourself in the event of cancellation, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Herb garden
In our herb garden you will find all kinds of herbs such as rosemary, thyme, sage, mint, lemon balm, chives, basil, parsley, etc.. You are welcome to help yourself there.
Garden & Pool
Our garden with pool is located directly behind the house next to the beautiful mixed forest. From there you have a wonderful view of the Adige Valley mountain panorama and the idyllic Aschlbach stream with its numerous small waterfalls. In the garden there is garden furniture to relax and enjoy as well as a bathroom with shower, so that you can enjoy the day of departure until the end. There are also play facilities for children in the garden. Depending on the weather, the pool can be used from around May to September.
Sauna & Relax
Our new Finnish sauna is also located in our beautiful garden. The large panoramic window offers a wonderful view of the surrounding nature, while you yourself remain invisible behind the mirrored glass. You are also welcome to make an aromatic infusion with the essential oils provided. Next to the sauna there is also an outdoor shower, deckchairs and a seating area for relaxing. The sauna can be used at any time by prior arrangement.
